Head towards Dybvad Mølle B&B, where peace, nature, and a welcoming atmosphere await you. Dybvad Mølle is an idyllic country estate with an interesting history. Many years ago, the farm operated as a watermill, grinding grain for the local farmers, powered by the water from the stream behind the property. Today, the mill is no longer in operation, but the history still lives on, and you can still feel its spirit in the old buildings.

The accommodation is simple but cozy, with several rooms featuring either single or double beds. There are shared toilet facilities and a kitchen where you can prepare your meals. At Dybvad Mølle B&B, you also have the option to purchase breakfast.

In the picturesque surroundings of the mill, 45 Scottish Highland cattle graze, known for their impressive horns and long coats. From here, it’s only a short distance to the beautiful natural areas around Aars, just waiting to be explored. A trip to the Himmerlands Heder is a must, where you can walk the 20-kilometer marked route through heath, meadows, and forest. A good tip is to visit the heath in late summer when the heather is in bloom and the landscape is covered in color.

From Dybvad Mølle B&B, it’s just a few kilometers to the Vesthimmerlands Museum, which offers permanent exhibits about life in Vesthimmerland, Per Kirkeby, the Gundestrup Cauldron, as well as special exhibitions about Livø and the UNESCO ring fortress Aggersborg.
