Johnny Haugaard's Spring Exhibition in Farsø
The Flower Man Johnny Haugaard has once again created a masterpiece! Look forward to experiencing the Spring Exhibition "The Voice of Nature – Decay" in Farsø.
The Flower Man Johnny Haugaard Returns to Himmerland
After his success with Denmark's most beautiful Christmas exhibition, "THE ANGEL," held in the old swimming hall in Aars, he has once again created a fantastic exhibition that this time has spread to several locations in Vesthimmerland.
"The Voice of Nature – Decay"
- This is the name of the Spring Exhibition, which originates in Aars and has now spread to several towns in Himmerland, where outdoor art installations will adorn the cityscapes of Løgstør, Farsø, and Aalestrup. The three towns will represent the three elements: WATER, FIRE, and EARTH - while the final element, AIR, belongs to Aars.
FIRE in Farsø
In Farsø, the theme is FIRE - which is not a coincidence. With a focus on the siblings Johannes V. Jensen and Thit Jensen, who perhaps against their will are united in this exhibition, the theme revolves around war and conflict. A theme that is highly relevant today - and fitting, considering that the two authors could not stand each other.
The outdoor installations are free to experience - and you can easily see them all in one day. However, if you wish to extend your stay, you can find accommodation and delightful dining options, providing the perfect setting for a cozy holiday in Himmerland. The towns also boast a rich commercial life, so don’t forget your wallet if you want to make a good deal.
